Safeguarding: Protecting the people we serve
Designated Safeguarding Lead
A named DSL responsible for all safeguarding matters, available during business hours with out-of-hours escalation.
Staff Training
All staff complete mandatory safeguarding training on induction and every 12 months. DBS checks throughout employment.
Clear Referral Pathways
Safeguarding concerns referred to statutory authorities within required timeframes. Confidential log maintained.

LA Licensing
All Beorma properties hold the relevant local authority licence before any resident is placed. Full compliance with Birmingham City Council HMO and SEA licensing requirements.
